　　Shishi Tianfu High School was established by the local government of Chengdu Hi-Tech Development Zone according to the standard of National Demonstration School. The School combines successful educational experience and strategies of both Chengdu Shishi High School and Chengdu NO. 7 High School, adheres to the idea of “Four Dimensional Education” (Humanity Education, Culture Education, Science Education and Environment Education), and wins sincere respect and high praise from the public through its rapid development, thriving of students and achievements of teachers. The school has proved successful in many aspects. In unified examinations of Chengdu, the academic records of the School’s Junior Department (from Grade 7 to 9) exceeds those of other top secondary schools of the city in all subjects; the academic records of the School’s Senior Department (from Grade 10 to 12) exceeds those of Provincial Demonstration Schools of the city in all subjects. Besides, the school’s International Department, considered one of the best in the province, has also made most outstanding achievements. Students graduate with remarkable TOEFL or SAT records, and are successfully admitted to top U.S. universities. As for social activities, in the year 2012, the opening ceremony of Taichi On Campus launched by the city government was held in the school. Apart from that, the 27^th Scientific Technology and Innovation Competition of Sichuan, NOI(National Olympiad in Informatics) 2012 Sichuan Qualification, the 7^th National Adolescent Robotics Competition and National Tee-ball Championship were all successfully hosted by the school in the same year. In the year 2013, Sichuan Science Fair, known as ISEF (Intel International Science and Engineering Fair) Qualifying Fair attended by foreign students from international schools throughout China, was hosted by the school. Our students have made especially remarkable achievements in the 27^th Scientific Technology and Innovation Competition of Sichuan, the 7^th National Adolescent Robotics Competition and National Tee-ball Championship. The National Fencing Championship for secondary school students will also be hosted by the school in 2013.
